Depending on interest and needs,
it may involve;

and then Q and A afterwards -

Coaching "Lite"
Do you feel like you need some coaching but are not yet at that stage where you want to commit to one-on-one coaching?
Try it on for size.
One-on-one coaching remains the most effective means of bringing about change- but it does "cost more." Group coaching allows the student to "try out" the coaching program to see if it's a good fit.
Safety in numbers.
Learning in a group has the advantages of learning from someone else's insights.
It's cheaper.
You are not paying for the coach for their time.
You are sharing the costs with the group
